  • A Practitioner conversation about mindset, kindness, leadership and the NHS
I am delighted to share this lovely conversation with Paul Johnson, one of our practitioners, a mental health professional of many years experience, a therapist,  leader in the NHS and a thoroughly genuine and compassionate  individual.I met Paul many years ago when working with his NHS trust on an emotional intelligence leadership programme. He is someone with great knowledge of the NHS and some of the challenges that are currently being faced.Paul became one of our early practitioners and currently works at the Kind Life as a senior facilitator Our conversation took many twists and turns, about our experiences of working and supporting others, leadership and the challenge of burnout in the NHS, The fundamentals of human interactions such as listening , being kind and how mindset play a part in all of these areas. This is a very human conversation so bear with the unfortunate interruption we had to the signal and sit back and listen to two friends chatting about all they are passionate about! To find out more contact us at [email protected] or follow us on linked in Mindset Practice: Company Page Admin | LinkedIn
