"Ghost Town" is a series of monologues from the citizens of Azurville, a town where the dead never cross over. Instead, their ghosts remain in the town for all eternity. The locals ask themselves - what is the meaning of life, if it doesn't end after death?
Tonight's episode is about Anne, an aspiring nurse. She wants to help the elderly be at peace when they die. But when a mysterious box comes seemingly from out of town, she starts to wonder about the limitations within her life. Tonight's episode is about Jeanette, who was only seven years old when her mother died. She went with her father to the site of the car crash to help pick up her ghost. Since her mother is not even truly gone, life should continue as normal. Shouldn't it?

In the town of Azurville, the residents know two things to be true. One, those who are born in Azurville, die in Azurville. Two, those who die in Azurville, stay in Azurville.
Instead of departing this world, their ghosts are left behind in whatever mess the living has left them in. Some residents are fine with this, as it allows them to still be connected with their loved ones. While others find the eternal tether insufferable.
When life doesn't end after death, what then gives life its value?
