    69. This Haunting Is Linked to a Double Murder

Toby grew up in a remote forest house on Rame Road, Greenhithe, New Zealand. Built on Māori land his home never felt right. Especially the stone outbuilding covered in ritualistic paintings and handprints — prompting rumours of demonic worship and witchcraft.
Then one night in the bunkhouse, it came. Tapping at the window. The beginning of a uniquely terrifying haunting, with disturbing links to a real-life double murder - told here for the first time ever.
Expect apparitions, dancing imps, and a dog-headed figure eerily similar to dogman encounters reported worldwide. But the most frightening discovery was what we uncovered about the very land on which this house stood.
What lurked on Rame Road in Greenhithe, NZ… and more to the point, does it roam there still?

    68. Poltergeist Girl...or Killer? (The Chilling Case of Tina Resch)

Is this the saddest paranormal case ever told?
In 1984, the Columbus Poltergeist case made worldwide headlines when photographer Fred Shannon captured what appeared to be a telephone flying across the room — with 14-year-old Tina Resch sitting right there. Was this real paranormal activity caught on camera, or an elaborate hoax?

In this episode of Into the Fog, I investigate the full, disturbing story of Tina Resch — from the terrifying poltergeist events in her Columbus, Ohio home, to the paranormal investigation led by William Roll, to James Randi's explosive accusations of fraud. But the story doesn't end with the haunting. What happened to Tina Resch in the years that followed is far darker than any ghost story.

This is one of the most documented poltergeist cases in history — and one of the most tragic.

67: The Horrifying Pell Family Haunting.

In this episode of Into the Fog, I explore a disturbing haunted house story from 1940s England. I'm surprised this case isn't much known as it's a really interesting and unsettling story. It's about a family who move into a new council house, after being on a long waiting list for accommodation.
While there, they encounter a haunting that drove them from the house. But part of that haunting, includes the death of their new baby. So some listeners may find that part disturbing - but it's included because it became a core part of the story, after what one of the children said they saw, just before the baby's death.
I covered this story briefly in the Into the Fog Live Patreon event a few months back, but I've gone into much more depth, and (with the help of The Haunted Historian) have uncovered a collection of other experiences from the same area, and same street...possibly even the same house.

    66. Lower Quinton: The Village That Hid a Witch Murder?

In 1945, an elderly farm worker was found savagely killed on the slopes of Meon Hill. His body was pinned to the ground with his own pitchfork. Rumours spread that this was no ordinary murder, but a ritual killing rooted in old English witchcraft. In this episode, I investigate the chilling case now known as the Pitchfork Witch Murder: the killing of Charles Walton in the Warwickshire village of Lower Quinton. I’ll explore the original police files, local folklore about the "Black Dog" of Meon Hill, and the theories that have surrounded this case for decades – from witchcraft, ancient stone circles to occult sacrifice. We’ll also look at the role of the famous detective “Fabian of the Yard”, and ask why this brutal crime remains officially unsolved.

    65. Aggressive Haunting in a Tiny Apartment

What happens when you are trapped in a tiny apartment with a presence that wants you out? In this witness-collaborated case file, we examine an aggressive haunting that took place entirely within the claustrophobic confines of a small flat. Unlike subtle residual activity, this poltergeist-like phenomenon turned hostile, leaving the witness cornered with seemingly no escape.

We analyse the escalation of activity and the terrifying reality of a haunting in which the walls feel as if they are closing in. This is a story of entrapment and a fight for territory against an unseen force.
