Episode 103 - Sarah Laycock and her daughter Abigail

    29/05/2026 | 21 mins.
In January 2012 31 year old Sarah Laycock and her eight year old daughter Abigail were killed by Sarah’s partner John Miller in Garforth in Leeds. Their 4 year old daughter survived but was left alone with the bodies of her mother and sister for over 12 hours.

An abusive man with a history of controlling behaviour, Miller was arrested after the murders and convicted – but only of manslaughter. He was sentenced to 15 years in prison in 2013 which means he might be free very soon.

This is the story of Sarah Laycock and her daughter Abigail.

Episode 101 - Tonya Clayton, Faith Green and her children

    15/05/2026 | 31 mins.
In July 1991 Tonya Clayton Green was killed by her husband Gregory Green, she was six months pregnant at the time. Green was convicted for second-degree murder and was sentenced to serve 15 to 25 years in prison. Within 16 years he had been released and sadly, this is not where this story ends.

Green was released in 2008 and by 2010 he had married Faith Green and they went on to have two daughters together. Green was an abusive and controlling husband and in 2016 Faith filed for divorce.

In September 2016 Faith was brutally assaulted by Green who then forced her to witness the murder of her two children – his stepchildren – 19 year old Chadney and 17 year old Kara. Green then killed his own two children – 5 year old Koi and 4 year old Kaleigh. Faith survived the brutal attack.

Green was convicted and sentenced to 45 to 100 years in prison as questions remain on how he was released and allowed to become a two time family annihilator.

This is the story of Tonya Clayton and Faith Green and her children.

Episode 99 - The Bartholomew Family

    10/04/2026 | 29 mins.
In September 1971 in South Australia 40 year old Heather Bartholomew, her seven children – Neville, Christine, Sharon, Helen, Gregory Roger and Sandra - her sister Winnis and her 19 month old son Daniel were all killed by Clifford Bartholomew – Heather’s husband and father of six of the eight children he killed.

Known at the time as the deadliest familicide in Australian history – Bartholomew was arrested and sentenced for the murder of his wife. Although given a life sentence he ended up serving less than 8 years. Once out of prison Bartholomew changed his name, married again and was stepfather to children who were similar ages to his children that he killed. His second family had no idea that he had murdered so many people until he and his wife died.

A horrific family annihilator who was given a second chance by the justice system.

This is the unbelievable story of the Bartholomew Family.
