    56: Progress Isn't Always A Podium

It’s Blue Monday (Actually, we are a week late...) and this episode meets you exactly where you are.
This week, the girls sit in the heaviness a little. They talk honestly about motivation, comparison, and the pressure to constantly be chasing the next goal. The next level. The next big dream. The version of success that looks impressive to everyone else.
But what if those dreams aren’t realistic right now? And what if that’s actually… okay?
This episode is about remembering where you came from. About realising that a year ago your horse might have been lame, you might have been scared, confidence might have been on the floor and now you’re here. Riding. Showing up. Still trying. And that's what matters.
The girls unpack how easy it is to forget the hard chapters once you’re out of them, and how unfair it is to place invisible pressure on ourselves and our horses. Because our horses have no idea of the figurative weight we put on their backs. They’re just doing their best for us, every single day.
This week’s Normal or Neigh is the horse-girl version of stage fright, and it couldn’t be more relatable if it tried.
It might be Blue Monday, but you’re not alone. This one is raw, gentle, grounding and a reminder that progress doesn’t always roar. Sometimes it just quietly keeps going.

55: There is Always Another Way - with Kitty J Equestrian

Our first guest of 2026, Kitty from Kitty J Equestrian.
Kitty is known for being unapologetically real online, sharing every high, low and “what the hell am I doing” moments of her equestrian journey with her horses Henry and Juno. Henry came to Kitty with a chronic rearing problem, while Juno is her newly self-backed four-year-old with big hopes, big dreams and plenty to learn.
This episode goes deep. The girls and Kitty talk about:
Feeling unable to speak up when you disagree with trainers
Remembering that there is always another way to do things
Letting go of pressure and accepting what your horse can give you
Backing young horses and trusting your instincts
Sharing your life (and mistakes) on social media
Classical dressage, in-hand work, and lifelong learning
Kitty embodies everything Unbridled Conversations stands for. Curiosity, confidence without ego, and always putting the horse first. This is an episode about finding your voice, backing yourself, and doing better by the animal that gives us everything.
Turn it up for the people at the back!

54: Home is Where the Horse Lives

    12/1/2026 | 28 mins.

This week on Unbridled Conversations, the girls dive headfirst into livery yard life, where our horses actually live, not just where we visit between work, life and chaos.
Because here’s the thing… you get to go home. Your horse doesn’t.
From yard layout and facilities to routine, turnout and daily management, Hannah and Charlotte unpack all the things we say we prioritise and the things we sometimes quietly overlook because a yard suits us better than our horses. Oops!
The girls also spiral slightly into a side discussion about how much horses actually observe, absorb and learn just by being… there. Watching. Listening. Judging us silently from their stables.
This week’s Normal or Neigh is bang on trend thanks to the FREEZING weather. It's a proper IYKYK horse girl moment that has us all questioning our life choices with a frozen fork in hand.
As ever, it’s honest, relatable and guaranteed to make you rethink your setup... even just a little.

Season 2 is officially HERE and the girls are kicking things off in true Unbridled style ✨
It’s the New Year, new goals, new delusions… and Charlotte’s birthday (don’t forget to wish her a happy one 🎂). With brand new kit, fresh topics and some very exciting guests lined up for the year ahead, the podcast is coming back bigger, better than ever... You’re welcome.
In this episode, Hannah and Charlotte catch up after the Christmas chaos, confess how much (or how little 👀) the horses have actually worked, and talk all things goals, intentions and 2026 bingo cards. It’s honest, it’s cosy, it’s reflective and exactly the comfort blanket you need for that first Monday back to real life.
Here’s to a new year, a new season, and continuing the conversations that matter.

    Welcome to Season 2.

    52: 52 Conversations Later

It’s the FINAL episode of 2025  and the Season One finale of Unbridled Conversations!
Just 12 months ago, this podcast was nothing more than an idea… and somehow here we are, 52 episodes later. True to form, the girls kick things off with a Normal or Neigh, and to wrap the year up, they are in complete agreement.
From there, it’s full reminisce mode. Hannah and Charlotte look back on their favourite episodes, guests, listener write-ins and Normal or Neighs. The laughs, the chaos, the moments that went viral… and the conversations that were uncomfortable, emotional, and important.
This podcast has been one of the most consistent commitments the girls have made all year. More reliable than almost anything else in their lives, and it’s grown into so much more than they ever imagined.
To everyone who listened, shared, messaged, wrote in, laughed, cried and advocated for the horse alongside us... thank you. This has always been about having the conversations that matter, and you’ve been right there with us every step of the way.
We’re signing off Season One full of gratitude, pride and excitement for what’s to come.
From Hannah & Charlotte, thank you for being part of this journey.
    ✨ Season Two begins January 5th ✨
