Nottingham Forest blew another chance to ease their relegation worries as they lost 2-1 to Brighton in the Premier League on Sunday. The Reds were boosted by defeats for Burnley, Leeds United and in particular West Ham on Saturday but they failed to cash in against a Brighton team who had won just one home game since November, that win coming against Burnley.

Nottingham Forest lost 2-1 on the night Fenerbahce in the second leg of their Europa League play-off tie, winning the tie 4-2 on aggregate. It was a poor performance from the Reds against a Fenerbahce decimated by injuries and suspension having named an 18 man squad with three goalkeepers included.

Forest fell two goals behind at the City Ground, needed a Callum Hudson-Odoi goal to settle nerves on a night when senior players were sloppy and squad players again failed to impress.
