After the confederate armies withdrew from Madinah, the city finally experienced relief. However, another serious matter remained unresolved. During the siege of the Trench, the tribe of Banu Qurayzah had broken their treaty with the Muslims and sided with the enemy.Soon after the battle ended, Jibril came to the Prophet ﷺ with a command from Allah to march toward Banu Qurayzah.

The Muslims surrounded the fortress of the tribe, beginning a tense siege. During this time, Kaʿb ibn Asad was faced with difficult choices, while Abu Lubabah later felt deep regret for his actions and sincerely repented to Allah.

In Episode 19 of Life of the Final Messenger ﷺ, we explore the events surrounding the siege of Banu al-Nadir in Madinah.

After the difficult period following the Battle of Uhud, tensions remained high within the city.

The Prophet ﷺ visited the Jewish tribe of Banu al-Nadir regarding an existing agreement. However, during this visit, a dangerous plot was secretly planned to assassinate the Prophet ﷺ.

Through divine revelation, Allah informed the Prophet ﷺ of the plan before it could be carried out. As a result, the Muslims surrounded the settlement of Banu al-Nadir.
