In a week where top of the league, Gloucester-Hartpury just pipped second placed Saracens in their back yard, we get their 9s to revel in the art (and chaos) of playing scrum half on the big occasions. The girls relive the World Cup final from both sides of the ball and discuss the evolution of Canada’s fast-paced style of play and the things that really make a scrum half MAD. The girls also engage in a powerful conversation about how alopecia has shaped Liv’s identity and bolstered her confidence as an elite athlete. Liv also discusses being misgendered as a result of having no hair, and how this experience resonates in the supportive community of women’s rugby.
