Spring is in the air, everything is bathed in sunlight and looks a little golden - even that suspicious metal edge in the dark clay...

In this stunning episode George and Paul return to a field that was home to a Roman farm some 2,000 years ago. This time though, the boys scramble through the hedgerow to explore the greener grass on the other side and what they discover rewrites the landscape in the most spectacular way possible.

To celebrate the big 3-0 (episodes, not the number of stones Paul pockets every hunt), the boys return to land where they discovered a stunning silver coin of Severus Alexander in Episode 2.

But a chance meeting with the farmer sends them somewhere new - land next to a medieval church that’s never been detected.

Expect mysterious finds, Suffolk in spring, and George revealing a recent discovery that leaves Paul speechless.
