WWE NXT star Brooks Jensen joins AJ Styles and Tony Giles for a deep dive into his life in professional wrestling, his journey to WWE and why he considers himself an old-school wrestler in a new-school era.

As the son of former WWE star Bull Buchanan, Brooks grew up around the wrestling business and started learning the craft at an incredibly young age. He shares stories about training with his father, working as a referee before becoming a wrestler, making his in-ring debut at just 15 years old and eventually signing with WWE as a teenager.

Brooks also tells the story of how he first met AJ Styles during the pandemic, when an 18-year-old Jensen drove more than two hours to train with AJ and other wrestlers in Cornelia, Georgia. AJ explains what he saw in Brooks then and why he believes his old-school approach, wrestling psychology and understanding of the business make his future so bright.

The guys also discuss Brooks' run as one of the final NXT UK Tag Team Champions, working with Shawn Spears, his current work in WWE Evolve and NXT, his recent match with Elijah Holyfield, and what younger wrestlers can learn from studying generations of wrestling history.
