You Alright, Hun? The Official TOWIE Podcast

It’s an absolute hun-fest in the You Alright, Hun? studio today as Billie is joined by fellow TOWIE OG Lauren Goodger and the ever glamorous Charlotte Dawson!

To kick things off we have a good old catch up with Lauren and Charlotte - we hear how family life and motherhood has been keeping them on their toes (as ever!), the impact Lauren’s book launch has had on her life and the people around her, and whether or not Charlotte will be walking down the aisle after six years of being engaged.

Since Lauren and Billie started TOWIE a whopping 16 years ago (can you believe it?!) they’ll be taking a trip down memory lane to share some of their favourite moments and memories, and Billie asks the girls the most important life lessons they’ve learnt since that very first episode aired.

Then it’s time for a new game - ‘Hun or Run’. Billie gives Lauren and Charlotte some tricky scenarios and they have to decide whether it’s ‘Hun, no drama!’ or ‘Run, count me out’. From unsolicited parenting advice, feuding friends and relentless school mum Whatsapp groups - Lauren and Charlotte reveal where they stand on some of life’s most awkward encounters.

We also hear what’s got the girls’ group chats popping off this week - Charlotte’s already worried about organising her Christmas plans and Billie’s raises some big questions about the world of the paranormal!

We’re back with another episode of You Alright, Hun? and this week Billie is joined by two fabulous guests - TOWIE’s brand-new first-time dad Jordan Brook and Billie’s husband (and self-confessed TOWIE super fan!) Greg Shepherd.

We hear how both Jordan and Sophie are coping with life as a family of three as baby Brody becomes the latest addition to the TOWIE cast! From their nighttime schedules, introducing Brody to their friends and family, to their upcoming TOWIE special - there’s plenty to catch up on as Jordan gives us the lowdown on fatherhood. Plus, Greg and Billie give him some words of wisdom after raising three little ones of their own.

And with Greg in the studio it only seems right for Billie to find out the answers to questions she’s always wanted to ask - like has Greg ever considered joining TOWIE? What does he remember about her time on the show? And what’s his favourite thing about being married to her?

Then it’s time to revisit The Block List, where Greg and Jordan share some of the everyday events that are really grinding their gears. Plus, Billie quizzes the guys on aspects of modern family life and asks them whether they ‘Rate It’ or ‘Hate It’ - from matching family outfits to technology-free family dinners.

To round things off we ‘Flip the Script’ as Jordan takes control and finds out just how much Billie and Greg know about each other.

This week Billie is joined by two TV legends - TOWIE’s Diags and Love Island winner Cara de la Hoyde in the latest episode of You Alright, Hun?

First things first, the three of them take a trip down memory lane as they look back at Diags’ years on TOWIE and Cara’s time as part of the cast too. They tell all when it comes to their friendships with the cast, and relive a very memorable night out together from ‘back in the day’.

Diags gives us an update on his relationship with Jodie and whether or not he plans to propose any time soon (fingers crossed!) And, after meeting Sophie and Jordan’s baby boy Brody for the first time, Diags updates us on what it was like when he and Dan were put in charge of babysitting duties for the very first time. Plus, Cara gives us an exclusive update on her marriage with fellow Love Islander Nathan Massey, and their life as a family of four with kids Freddie and Delilah.

Elsewhere, Cara and Diags reveal what’s at the top of their official Block List this week and Billie will be chatting to them about elements of everyday Essex life and asking whether they ‘Rate It’ or ‘Hate It’.

Billie’s back with another episode of You Alright, Hun? and this week she’s joined by fellow TOWIE OG Harry Derbidge and his BFF (and former co-star!) Demi Sims.

With the TOWIE series finale giving us everything from a pro-sexy party to a proposal celebration Billie will be getting all the gossip and behind the scenes intel - including whether this is officially the end of Harry’s friendship with Elma, Harry and Freddie’s friendship reconciliation and how it felt to be named Amy’s Man of Honour. And, of course, we’ll be finding out the ins and outs of Harry and Demi’s friendship as they spill all about their nights on the pull together and exactly what it’s like to head out on a night out in Soho with them.

Plus, with Amy’s big fat Essex wedding coming up we’ll be putting Harry to the test to see how he’ll hold up as her official Man of Honour. TOWIE pals Dani Imbert and Courtney Green are joining Billie Shepherd in the You Alright, Hun? studio this week and they’re bringing plenty of lols and lots of gossip!

With the drama amplifying on TOWIE, the pair will be giving us the low down on the latest Essex gossip, from where Dani stands with her ex Jonnie Gurie to what Courtney thinks about best mate Elma Pazar’s fall out with Harry Derbidge and what really went down on that infamous journey back from Albania.

Elsewhere, Dani and Courtney are putting their friendship to the test with a game of Two Truths and a Lie with very surprising results (you won't believe which TV presenter used to babysit Courtney!). Plus they’ll be revealing what is firmly on their Block List this week.
