All IVF ever wanted

In this episode, we talk about our frozen Embryo Transfer that took place last monday.

We are now 6 days post transfer and 6 days in to the wait to test.

We talk about the day itself, what we did in which order and how having an overly full bladder was the most uncomfortable part of the process.

We only have a few days until official test day and we are continuing to share in real time.

This episode we share about travelling to the UK and our first appointments and blood tests.

My cycle started 4 days late so pushed everything back by a few days!

We share the updates, my lining thickness on day 10 of my cycle and blood results from day 17 of my cycle.

I have been having regular acupuncture and I have acupuncture booked for frozen embryo transfer day.

We have just 2 days until transfer and we share about the 'add ons' I have chosen to have also.

We have FINALLY booked and committed to our frozen embryo transfer cycle, I am currently on day 26 of my cycle (the cycle before our FET cycle), I took the injection on day 21 of my current cycle to shut my ovaries down to go in to a fully medicated transfer.

We talk about the realisation that I have been suffering for (likely) years with perimenopause and I have just discovered HRT and now I have to wave goodbye to it, all within the same month, so I can start my FET IVF protocol!

This is literally a hormonal rollercoaster and we are just taking things one step at a time.

This episode is us catching up with you after an almighty hiatus! It has been a hot minute... This episode was recorded in January 2025 (gosh we really are terrible with staying up to date!) and it is now July!
We will be recording weekly (fingers crossed) from now until our frozen embryo Transfer, plus I have some old recordings with professionals that I will be releasing too as I know the content will be super helpful for anyone prepping for IVF.

So, as many of you know (if you follow me on social media) we have had a very unexpected spontaneous pregnancy test and I am currently nearing 12 weeks pregnant. This episode we talk about what has been going on for us since we found out, how we found out and how we have been feeling navigating pregnancy after loss/termination for medical reasons.
