  • Manchester United v Everton | CotC with Gary Robinson & Sean Norton | Planet FPL 2024/25
James is joined by Manchester United fan Gary Robinson and Everton fan Sean Norton to discuss the latest at their clubs ahead of Sunday's Gameweek 13 meeting at Old Trafford. There's Fantasy discussion on United assets with Bruno Fernandes proving popular in recent weeks but has the time passed to invest and should those who have invested in Fernandes and other United assets be looking to sell following this weekend? And Everton assets are for the bin with a horrendous fixture schedule on the horizon, or is there a case to hold on to some of their assets? Plus, there's discussion on the manager situations, with reaction to Ruben Amorim's opener at Ipswich and who might become a part of the new man's best eleven as we approach 2025; and with a takeover by the Friedkin Group imminent at Everton, Sean Dyche's days in charge could be running out.... • Madd Four It | Planet FPL S. 8 Ep. 21 | GW12 Review | Fantasy Premier League
Suj and James review another dramatic weekend of Premier League football and all the important FPL discussions as several popular assets delivered the goods again with Mo Salah, Bukayo Saka, Matheus Cunha and Joao Pedro all returning well. But there will be some who struggled and the swing against for Erling Haaland owners is a tough one to take. Is it time to call it quits on FPL's highest priced player? Haaland's latest blank came in an astonishing result at The Etihad as Tottenham won 4-0, much to James' delight; and there were also comfortable victories for Arsenal and Wolves whilst Liverpool made hard work of beating Southampton and we saw Ruben Amorim's debut as Manchester United manager end in a draw at Ipswich. Plus, James has gone early on his GW13 transfer, but it means a hit could follow... • Ask James | Friday November 22nd | Planet FPL 2024/25
On Ask James today, with the news of Tottenham missing both first choice centre backs there's a big warning for Fantasy managers who were looking to sell Erling Haaland, but with Mateo Kovacic also out for City, Tottenham are not without their own chances to hurt tomorrow and that may make selling or benching the likes of Brennan Johnson or Dominic Solanke awkward too. Plus, Trent Alexander-Arnold is out and James will be moving him on as part of a plan to get Alexander Isak, and going treble Arsenal defence is not something James is ruling out at this stage, particularly with one player's xMins on the rise following today's Team News. As usual, all the transfer and benching dilemmas covered and there's more chat on Ange Postecoglu and the long-term. Tomorrow on Planet FPL: James presents the GW12 Deadline Stream, Live and in partnership with FPL Team on the Planet FPL YouTube Channel at 10am GMT Today on Patreon: The GW12 Differential Show and The Team News Stream For the full Planet FPL schedule this week, including our offering on Patreon view this post: https://www.patreon.com/posts/schedule-nov-116203685 Want to become a member of our FPL community and support the Podcast?  Join us on Patreon: https://www.patreon.com/planetfpl Follow James on Twitter/x: https://twitter.com/PlanetFPLPod Follow Suj on Twitter/x: https://twitter.com/sujanshah Follow Clayton on Twitter/x: https://twitter.com/claytsAFC Subscribe to our YouTube channel: https://www.youtube.com/@PlanetFPL Like us on Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/planetfpl Follow us on Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/planetfpl Learn more about your ad choices. • Newcastle v West Ham | CotC with Simon Bibby & Chris Stone | Planet FPL 2024/25
On Clash of the Correspondents James is joined by Newcastle fan Simon Bibby and West Ham fan Chris Stone to discuss the latest at their clubs and the FPL assets within them ahead of Monday's meeting at St James's Park. Will either Correspondent give James reason not to buy Alexander Isak? And he's not the only Newcastle asset under consideration, with Lewis Hall likely to be popular for those in search of an enabling defender and there's a warning not to forget about Anthony Gordon and Joelinton's positioning could soon make him an interesting prospect. Jarrod Bowen for Bryan Mbeumo in GW14 is a move James earmarked in pre-season, but is there any faith in The Hammers who sit in 14th currently and with the pressure mounting on Julen Lopetegui. Mohammed Kudus also return in GW14, there's discussion too on what's happening with Lucas Paqueta and will 4.0 keeper Lukasz Fabianski retain his place in goal for the weeks ahead?
