    S2 Ep1649: Keeping Cool in the Heat and High Temperatures…

    With all the high temperatures we have been having over the last few days for this week’s check in with Glasgow based Pharmacist Elizabeth Roddick it is all about how to cope in the heat and the high temperatures. 
    Elizabeth began by explaining to RNIB Connect Radio’s Toby Davey that there are certain individuals who are more at risk in the heat.  
    Then to some of the signs that people might show if they are suffering from heat exhaustion and how dangerous heat stroke can be.  
    Ending with a reminder from Elizabeth about the importance of keeping out of the sun and protecting yourself from the sun with sunscreen.
