  • S12 Ep 545: David’s Flu and Joe In The Sauna
David’s recent family holiday to the beautiful seaside village of Polperro in Cornwal was unceremoniously ruined by him catching a nasty bout of flu. So he explains to Joe just how promisingly the trip began and how disappointed he was when he had to spend the rest of it shivering in bed. Poor old David - but thankfully he’s over it now and feeling much more positive. Talk then turn to Joe’s new found enthusiasm for saunas. He went to one recently with his Mystery Meet Up pals and it turns out he really liked it - so has been a few more time since. But David’s very surprised to hear all this and digs in with his questioning to get to bottom of this very uncharacteristic move from Joe. • S12 Ep 544: David’s Prostate Problems
After having some pretty serious problems with his prostate, David is thankfully on the mend and has just received the all clear on his most recent test results. So as well as being hugely relieved, he’s keen to talk about it with Joe on the pod and do his bit to help de-stigmatise some of the issues around prostate health. He’s also wants to let other men know who might find themselves in the same position that they’re not alone. But this is Chatabix of course, so the discussion is not without its fair share of awkwardness, self-doubt, leg-pulling and laughter. This is healthcare the Chatabix way! • S12 Ep 542 Listener’s Mailbag: Funerals and Spas
On this weeks selection of emails from our listeners, we read messages about Ken Campbell’s funeral, more offers to help out with the pod, some scandalous tales from a health spa employee, bread-baking advice, a rather bitter story about Eddie ‘The Eagle’ Edwards and a lovely complement from one of our Patreons. • S12 Ep 541: Yoga and Judy Dench
After David’s caffeine crisis in the last episode, he’s especially keen not to talk too much today. But after Joe tell’s him he’s just back from the gym, an argument soon starts about David’s sensitivities with body-building and being picked on as a kid because his dad was into it. Essentially, it’s round two of the heated discussion they had about it a month or so ago. So in attempt to calm things down a bit, they talk about David’s Yoga - which is all very relaxing. Then talk turns to being young and getting old - and for some reason David remembers when he saw Judy Dench at a windmill in Outwood when he was 10 years old. This then leads to a whole host of random conversations about TV celebrities, local villages and childhood memories. It’s all very Chatabix indeed. About Chatabix

Comedians Joe Wilkinson & David Earl chat utter drivel to each other 3 - 5 days a week. They natter to celebrities and deep dive into guests with interesting lives (as theirs is so boring). Occasionally they plan a surprise for each other to pep it up a bit. David loves hearing about behind the scenes stuff from TV shows and writing jingles. Joe likes adventuring and is obsessed with the podcast charts. Sometimes they'll embark on a day out podding together just so they can get out of the house. It's a brilliantly chaotic podcast which occasionally covers regular topics like TV Reviews, Snooker, Canal boating and Music.
