- In this episode, Evie explains how she learned about boundaries - the simple words that help us tell others what feels okay for our bodies, and what doesn't.
Through the story of five little puppies at play, children hear different ways to set a boundary ("stop please," "no thank you," "not right now") and, just as importantly, how good friends listen and respond kindly when someone says stop.
By the end, little listeners are invited to join in with their own "stop, please!" and are reminded that everybody's boundaries are different - and all of them are okay.

In this episode, Evie shares the story of Kit the koala, who loves hugs more than anything but has to face his very first day of school without his Mum by his side. Through Kit's story, children learn a gentle self-soothing technique called the “Invisible Hug” - something they can carry with them wherever they go, whether it's the school gate, a grandparent's visit ending or any moment where goodbyes feel hard.
By the end, we practise the Invisible Hug together with a calming rhyme, so your child has a real tool to use next time those big feelings show up.
