On this second of the two part series, the round table team each discuss their top 5 records of the year. 2025 has been another incredibly strong year for music and this is reflected across the choices of the panel with lots of different genres represented, hidden gems discussed and some big mainstream records talked about too.

In the first of a two part double header, Iain is joined again by the round table team of Ben and Billy (sadly Kev was ill) to discuss the year of 2025 in records! On this first episode, they talk through their favourite reissues and compilations of the year across a whole host of genres including boxsets, comps and other releases.

Iain is back after a small hiatus with the record review for the month of November where he reviews new releases from White Lies, Futureheads, James and Doves.On this short episode, he also talks through the new Beatles "Anthology 4" release, talks through a few pre order bits and discusses what's left to come for the rest of the year on the podcast.

On this week's episode of The Record Collectors Club Conversations Podcast, Iain is joined by Jeff Hordley. Those in the UK will recognise Jeff as Cain Dingle from the TV show, Emmerdale but hes a huge record collector and also dj's the vinyl format too.Jeff and Iain dig into his collection and his history with the vinyl format talking about his go-to genres for spinning wax out on his Dj ventures. Jeff picks out some of his recent finds and favourite records too and they chat a little about the opening of Roker Records in Sunderland too. 

On this months episode of the Record Review, Iain talks through the new releases that have dropped in the relatively quiet month of October including albums from Taylor Swift, Richard Ashcroft and Robert Plant. He discusses the new Springsteen boxset "Nebraska 82" and also gives his mini review of the new film "Springsteen : Deliver Me From Nowhere". Finally he rounds up the pre orders announced and talks about the weekend opening for Roker Records, his new record shop in Sunderland.
