On this weeks episode of The Record Collectors Club Conversations Podcast, Iain is joined by a man who really knows his music and his vinyl records. Richard Morton Jack is a music historian and biographer and has written a number of bestselling books across many music genres. Whether it be dipping into the history of both British and American Psych music or telling the story of the tortured soul that was Nick Drake, Richard researches and writes to the most minute detail making his books must have’s for any music fan’s library. He also has a new book due out very soon documenting the history of rock band Led Zeppelin. Richard also has had a hand in some definitive reissues of some of the best and rarest Classic Rock, Jazz and Folk albums.Across this episode, Richard and Iain dive into his record collection in detail, talking about rare records and crazy finds and stories that Richard recalled from his decades of collecting records.Of course they dip into his past books too and discuss that upcoming book about the famous Led Zeppelin!
