Capcom has issued a statement regarding changes to the streaming guidelines Capcom Cup, including a price reduction of the PPV. There also is an essay going around by 6weetbix, the creator of several Tekken resources, called "Fighting Games Have a Product Design Problem" In this episode, Brian and iDom discuss the contents of the essay and why fighting games have a lot to go before reaching the levels of popularity that its contemporaries enjoy.

Riot Games has put out a statement announcing the layoff of 80 2XKO employees. Brian and iDom discuss the layoffs of longtime members of the FGC, how this all happened, and if they can turn this situation around. In contrast, Marvel Tokon has also announced the size of its launch roster as well as the inclusion of single player content.
