This season we're looking at each Fruit of the Spirit in turn and what it looks like to grow not only in our knowledge of Christ, but also to grow in becoming more like him. Fruitfulness abounds from the very first pages of Scripture. As God speaks, the result is the plentiful, overflowing fruit of his labour. His exuberant creation becomes a glorious canvas, displaying the wonder of his majesty. Large expanses are filled and deep wells populated, as the earth bursts with riotous colour and life. Fruitfulness abounds.Within moments of reading of his own fruitfulness; we then hear him commanding his image bearers: 'Be fruitful and multiply; fill the earth and subdue it'. Fruitfulness is in our DNA. But what kind of fruit are we to bear, not just as those made in the image of God, but as those who are in Christ, as new creations? These are some of the questions we’ll be delving into in our deep dive into the Fruit of the Spirit - come and join us on the journey! Our first episode drops next week on Friday 17th January when we are joined by our guest, Natalie Brand - see you then!In the meantime, why not check out this seasons resources on our website.
