Fake Doctors, Real Friends with Zach and Donald

The director of over twenty episodes of Scrubs, Michael Spiller, joins Zach Braff and Donald Faison to discuss one of the most technically difficult episodes in Scrubs’ history. How do you keep an octogenarian in the air for an entire scene? How much does a rotating room cost, really? And what influence has Spike Jones had on the design elements of this episode? The guys answer all these questions plus Donald tells us about the 5 a.m. wrap party with the interns, and Zach gets personal. He shares his childhood trauma and how he used it to motivate one of the most heartbreaking moments of JD’s life. Finally, should Elliot and JD be endgame, or is this a love that was too good to last?
