Typically Japanese, often radioactive, and occasionally an allegory for real world events, Kaiju are both monster for games and a genre unto themselves. They range from straightforward (King Kong) to scary weird (Shin Godzilla) to biblically accurate (Evangelion). And sometimes you get giant robots to fight them!
