Rebekah Lyons was a young mom living in New York City when she began to have panic attacks from the unresolved pain in her life. Her mental health struggles led her on a journey to deepen her trust that God’s love for her was enough in her life. Join hosts Eryn Eddy Adkins and Vivian Mabuni as they hear Rebekah’s testimony and how we can all renew our spiritual and mental health in this God Hears Her conversation.

In our darkest moments we often forget that God is still present. Our faith is a continuous journey where sometimes we feel His presence, while other times we feel like He is nowhere near us. Musician Kathy Troccoli is all too familiar with the ups and downs one can experience while living out a life of faith. Her father discovered her singing voice as a child, but in her 20s she realized her voice was a spiritual gift from God. Ever since, she’s been through trials that have deeply tested her and strengthened her relationship with the Lord. Join hosts Elisa Morgan and Eryn Eddy Adkins as they learn what it really means to live with an unshakable faith during this God Hears Her conversation.

    Notes and Quotes:
“I always had this yearning and feeling like there’s something missing. And I didn’t know until I met the Lord that it was Him. Even at 6 years old, He was wooing me to ask, ‘What’s beyond the beyond?’” —Kathy Troccoli

“And the Holy Spirit said, ‘Just keep looking at my Son.’” —Kathy Troccoli

“If you don’t go back to the foundation of who you are and Whose you are, you’re going to emote from a place that’s not God, you’re going to speak from a place that’s not God, you’re going to think from a place that’s not God, you’re going to treat people from a place that’s not God. But if you stay under that Light, He will guide you. He promises to.” —Kathy Troccoli

“Look at God in the circumstance and not just the circumstance.” —Kathy Troccoli

“This life can be torturous. What He said was ‘I will be with you.’ And I trust that.” —Kathy Troccoli

“There was a part of me that couldn’t deny who I knew Jesus to be.” —Kathy Troccoli

“What He’s asked us to do is to leave everything and follow Him. The first thing we must do is keep our hearts open every day.” —Kathy Troccoli

“Darkness is not dark to God, it’s dark to you. Darkness is not dark to God, He is there. Keep praying, keep your heart open, and you will see Him and hear Him. I promise, but most of all, He promises.” —Kathy Troccoli
