Mathew Carter hosts the podcast ‘The Secret Life of Dads’ alongside his co-host Lawrence. Earlier this year, they launched their event ‘Pints & Ponytails’ where they invite dads to pubs to learn how to style female hairstyles so they can do their daughters’ hair.
Mathew is dad to five-year-old daughter Rae and he & his wife Chessie King is expecting their second bub. We’ve had Chessie on the podcast before and we were so excited to have Mathew on too!
In this episode, Steph chats with Mathew about his experience with postpartum depression after Rae was born, how he’s feeling mentally ahead of baby number two, going through IVF, and the feedback he’s getting from dads who attend their Pints & Ponytails events.
