There’s also a genuinely useful lesson in how to take a decent Instagram picture, including the iPhone settings you need to change, where the camera should actually be positioned and the posing tricks that make far more difference than they probably should.
The girls then get into Meta glasses and the increasingly terrifying possibility that someone could be filming you without you having a clue. Something Ashley and Lauren have unfortunately experienced first-hand.

In this powerful and deeply important episode of Nip Tuck, Lauren is joined by Loyce, who bravely opens up about her experience of reporting a sexual assault, going through the criminal justice system and everything that followed.
Loyce shares her story, from the events of the night itself and the gaps in her memory, to the investigation, the evidence, being cross-examined in court and the devastating reality of receiving a not-guilty verdict.
But this conversation is about so much more than the case. Loyce talks candidly about the backlash she faced after sharing her story publicly, being called a liar and watching people form their own opinions without understanding what happens inside a courtroom.
Lauren and Loyce also discuss the damaging idea of the ‘perfect victim’, why women can feel afraid to come forward, how quickly a survivor’s character can be questioned, and the impact that online judgement can have on someone who is already dealing with trauma.
Most importantly, Loyce talks about finding strength after an experience that could have broken her and why she chose to speak out anyway. She shares a message of hope for anyone who may have experienced something similar: that with the right support, it is possible to heal, to keep going and to experience joy again.
A difficult but incredibly important conversation about consent, courage, trauma, the justice system and what happens when you choose to speak your truth.
