Liberty Mills: The moment that sparked her road to recovery from Lupus
Liberty Mills is an Integrative Health and Nutrition Coach where she empowers others to transform their health and lives, sharing her expert knowledge on topics ranging from anxiety, autoimmune disease, the menopause and fertility fitness. At the age 30 she received a diagnosis of Lupus, and after being told that there was no cure, she was determined not to be defeated and spent years researching the illness. Nearly 20 years later, Liberty is now free of all Lupus markers and it was her own journey that led her to become a fully qualified coach. She published her first book ‘360 Fertility’ in May of this year.
