Here's more on this week's guest: Debbie founded her company in 2000 to empower businesswomen through golf, and her passion for the sport is evident in her work with the First Tee of Phoenix and Women in the Golf Industry. Debbie is most proud of her work with LPGA Co-Founder and World Golf Hall of Fame member Marilynn Smith, as confidante and Co-Tournament Director of her annual Pro-Am. The Pro-Am raises money for Marilynn’s Scholarship Fund, which has awarded over $1,000,000 to young women to attend college. Debbie co-founded the Marilynn Smith & Founders’ Legacy Foundation to forward the spirit and legacies of the trailblazing LPGA Founders and Pioneers.

OnCore is not only known for its innovative golf technology but also for its upcoming $30 million golf and sports complex set to arrive on Buffalo's waterfront in 2021.
