Kiran has even drawn up a roster so everyone gets a fair turn to pick, but Kumi picks their show every single time, and when they don't get their way, out come the very long, very loud tantrums...

Then nine-year-old Darcy takes her mum to court over bedtime. Darcy is sent up at half past six, the same time as her two-year-old cousin AJ, and doesn’t wake up until seven the next morning. Mum reckons she’d send her up even earlier, and starts talking rather fondly about Victorian children being seen and not heard...

Dad’s defence falls apart the moment he starts listing his clutter, because half of it turns out to be presents Bonnie gave him...
Then Nathaniel accuses his dad of using chocolate as leverage. Ten minutes of violin practice earns a point, points earn chocolate, but he only gets to eat it once a week!
