Ruth's Recipe: No Bake CheeseCake

- 1 softened bar of cream cheese
- 1 softened tub of cool whip (regular size)
- Vanilla to taste (1 tsp)
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 prepared graham cracker pie crust (if you get the larger serving size, 1 1/2 or double the recipe)
- Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar and vanilla. Beat until creamy and smooth. Fold in whip cream. Put in pie crust. Finish with some shaved chocolate on top and refrigerate.

Brandt & Bennett’s Honey Wheat Bread

Ingredients:

1 3/4 cup water

1 tsp salt

3 Tbsp coconut oil (or other oil)

4 Tbsp honey

2 1/3 cups whole wheat flour

2 1/3 cups bread flour

2 Tbsp ground flaxseed (optional)

2 tsp yeast (for bread machine)

Instructions:

Put all ingredients in the bread machine in order.

Choose the whole wheat setting, and let the machine run.
