The best results for locating your enneagram type is through viewing the personality objectively. This is done by recording yourself, watching and reflecting upon the personality's performance, and developing clearer language around the components found within the enneagram type's specific expressions. Today's video just focuses on the centers of intelligence within the enneagram; the body center, the head center, and the heart center. Watching a few examples of one personality in each center can illustrate what reality the centers are identifying with.

The enneagram has had a lot of theories in its lifetime, but this one is different. This video doesn't look at the history of the enneagram in the sense of where it comes from or who has said what about it, this video starts with where you already experience the symbol every day - in yourself, the people you're around, and the human psyche as a whole. To understand all of its components; the human personality, unconscious, perception, and relationship to self/reality has to be clear and alive as separate working parts of the individual. This allows for the symbol of the enneagram to rest within the structure of our somatic and psychological nature, and be as real as anything else you experience in life.

The host of this video, Kristen, will be releasing a series of weekly videos on Thursdays to further understand the components to this model of the enneagram that the channel works with.
