My guest on this week's guest episode is the fabulous Alison Seponara, otherwise known as the Anxiety Healer to her mahooosive social media following.
Alison is an integrative cognitive behavioural psychologist who works with women over 40, helping them move through the anxiety that comes with the life transitions that the ageing process brings, such as grief and loss, perimenopause and menopause, friendship changes, singlehood, dating, all of it!
In this conversation, Alison talks all about the anxiety that she herself has struggled with for most of her life, as well as the tools that she uses and teaches others to use to help with anxiety. We also talk about how she feels about being single, loneliness, adult friendships, as well as the community she has created for single women over 40, the Single Sisters Circle.
