My podcast idea came as a result of me starting an Instagram page (slimming.world.loz) where I documented my weight loss journey whilst following the Slimming World plan. I have currently lost over 8.5 stone and I want to help, motivate and inspire as many like minded people struggling with their weight as possible! In this podcast I will be delving deep into the struggles I've had with my own weight, both physically and mentally & how I manage on a day-to-day basis, this is a lifestyle change!
