MCS is changing in 2025 - Ian Rippin CEO explains and answers questions on complaints and standards
This two part podcast gets into enforcement, reporting of poor installations, accountability, how standards are built, MCS charity, rival systems/standards, consumer protection, consumer feedback, working with contractors and so much more.
We tried to ask all the questions we know installers and consumer have in a fair, open and honest discussion with Ian. Who was prepared to talk about ANYTHING, with frank and detailed answers.
We have the invitation to come back with a part 2 once the new MCS standards are public in Jan 2025.
