We’ll acknowledge what we’re ready to leave behind from last year, explore how intentions can guide us more gently than resolutions, and share practical ways to bring manifestation into everyday life, without pressure, perfection, or performative “magic.”

First stop: We open with a cosy catch-up (including festive moments, and the reality of life throwing curveballs right when you’re trying to start fresh). We also share honestly about grief and resilience, and how community can hold you through the messy middle.

Crossroads: We pause to reflect on the year behind us, the lessons, the growth, the hard parts, and what we’re ready to release. From gratitude and self-talk, we explore how mindset shapes the path we walk… and what changes when we speak to ourselves with kindness.

Waymarker ahead: We explore intention-setting as a softer, more aligned alternative to New Year’s resolutions. Instead of rigid goals, we talk about choosing themes and feelings to guide your year, allowing space for life to evolve, shift, and surprise you.

Guiding light: We dive into the heart of manifestation magic, what it really is (and what it isn’t). We talk about alignment, action, trust, and timing, plus simple ways to work with manifestation that feel grounded: writing intentions, speaking them aloud, small daily rituals, visualisation, and staying connected to what you’re calling in.

Scenic detour: Med shares a witchy twist on vision boarding, from washi-tape edges and meaningful imagery to sigils, colour magic, crystals, and “recharging” your board when you need to realign.
