And South Carolina Attorney General Alan Wilson will win the state’s Republican gubernatorial runoff, CNN’s Decision Desk projects, defeating Lt. Gov. Pamela Evette. The president defends his agreement with Iran and now suggests Tehran has made an "unconditional surrender." The agreement he signed contains 14 conditions.  In other words, 14 ways that this is not "unconditional." The text of the preliminary agreement with Iran is out, and late today the president signed a hard copy of it. The agreement hits pause on hostilities for 60 days of further talks, reopens the Strait of Hormuz, reaffirms Iran's commitment not to develop nuclear weapons, commits the U.S. to lifting sanctions on Iran, and outlines a $300 billion plan for Iran's reconstruction. Plus, more workers at the reflecting pool, armed with skimmers, trying to scoop algae that simply will not go away despite the president's $14 million renovation project and a lot of blue paint.
