Richie is joined by Jenin Younes. Jenin is an attorney and the national legal director of the American-Arab Anti-Discrimination Committee (ADC). She came on to discuss the state of civil liberties in the United States in the wake of the shooting of Renee Good. Renee was shot dead by a United States Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agent. Jenin - who sued the Biden administration for first amendment violations - also discuses how Trump's government has transitioned from protecting free speech to actively supporting censorship.
