This week on Bottoms Up! Alan and Lee kick things off with a decadent, bubblegum-flavoured vodka. But will Alan be able to stomach a drink that reminds him of supermarket own-brand bubble bath?

Elsewhere, Lee is feeling smug after being mistaken for straight - and is thrilled to receive a complaint accusing him of pretending to be gay on stage, whilst Alan is left baffled by the term ‘pencil’ when it comes to booking out his diary.

Olivier Award-winning West End and Broadway star Layton Williams (@laytonwilliams) joins the boys for a drink to talk all things Titanique, Billy Elliot and his brand-new one-man show, Layton Live.

Over some very dirty martinis, Layton spills the tea on winning awards, making his Broadway debut, theatre-going etiquette, dealing with people asking for free tickets, the new series of Strictly Come Dancing and performing for one of his all-time idols: RuPaul.

This week on Bottoms Up! Alan and Lee head to Vagabond Urban Winery in Surrey Quays to get stuck into some actual wine making - and things get very messy.

Alan fills Lee in on the NTAs, where he picked up the Special Recognition Award, complete with a surprise musical tribute from Paloma Faith, Amanda Holden and… Kate Garraway.

Over an Autumnal Aperol Spritz, Lee reveals the slightly clichéd voiceover roles he’s always being booked for, Alan recalls the time a Ouija board accidentally outed him, and Lee tells the story of visiting a particularly aggressive clairvoyant after a brutal break-up.

Drag and wine duo Beth Brickenden and Vanity Von Glow join the boys for some serious wine tasting… and some decidedly less serious wine making, as Alan and Lee get elbow-deep in fermenting grapes and discover exactly what goes on inside an urban winery.
