    06/10/2026 | 1h 9 mins.
Serious sexual assault allegations at Cornell University prompted outrage, but no criminal charges were filed. Now, the case is receiving a fresh review. Then, Josh examines Caleb Flynn’s life-without-parole sentence and his continued claim of innocence. CBS 17 reporter Deana Harley also joins the show to preview the trial of Miguel Salguero-Olivares, accused of murdering UNC student Faith Hedgepeth in 2012, including the DNA evidence, disputed forensic questions and what to watch as the trial begins.

Idaho 4: After the Plea | The Questions Kaylee Goncalves’ Parents Still Want Answered

    29/09/2026 | 1h 4 mins.
In the final installment of Courtroom Confidential: Idaho 4 — After the Plea, Joshua Ritter sits down with Steve and Kristi Goncalves, parents of Kaylee Goncalves, nearly four years after Kaylee, Madison Mogen, Xana Kernodle and Ethan Chapin were murdered in Moscow, Idaho.

One year after Bryan Kohberger’s guilty plea brought the possibility of a trial to an end, Steve and Kristi reflect on where they are now, the questions that are still unresolved, and what it means to move forward when the legal case is over but its impact remains.

They also tell us about Murder Has a Name, their foundation to help other victims and families access advanced forensic DNA testing and investigative resources that might otherwise be out of reach. The foundation was created in Kaylee’s honor with a mission that reaches beyond their own family: helping give other cases a chance at answers. Visit their website here: https://www.murderhasaname.com/

This conversation closes our three-part Idaho Four: After the Plea series, which looks back at the case through three different perspectives. Watch prior episodes here:
