Popok is back and providing breaking commentary on the Supreme Court denying Trump’s last-ditch final attempt to claw back $5.5 million dollars awarded by a federal jury to his sex abuse survivor, E Jean Carroll. Trump’s motion was so weak and meritless that NO member of the Court, not even the far-right members, sided with him, dealing him a 9-0 blow. Popok also puts the case into context related to the second jury verdict that Ms.Carroll holds for more than $90 million, running with interest, and what this may signal about that case and Trump’s efforts to punish her and avoid paying her in her lifetime.
