Jeremy shares his journey from a finance background to becoming a leading voice in XR, detailing his early experiences with VR, his efforts to establish PwC's first dedicated immersive tech team, and his current work with various organisations to promote the use of XR. Jeremy helps clients understand, quantify, and implement the benefits of virtual reality and augmented reality technology (sometimes collectively referred to as XR, immersive technologies or spatial computing). He has given talks all over the world on the subject of XR and has been featured in newspapers, radio, and online through The Financial Times, the BBC, and others.     For our new video episode on our podcast for the Gaming week we chose Kate Edwards, CEO, Principal Consultant & Geographer at Geogrify LLC and Chief Experience Officer & Cofounder at SetJetters. Kate has a background as a geographer, writer, and content culturalization strategist, better known for her 32+ years of culturalization work of video games. She spent 13 years as a geographer working in various roles at Microsoft, creating the Geopolitical Strategy team and implementing company-wide policies and processes to evaluate and manage geopolitical and cultural content issues across all the company's software products - including games. After leaving Microsoft, she founded her consulting firm Geogrify which focuses on content culturalization and strategy, primarily for the video game industry. She was listed as one of "The 10 Most Powerful Women In Gaming" in 2013 by Fortune, and in 2014 she was named as one of the video games industry's six "People of the Year".
