Canny Crystals: Manifestation, mindset and spirituality, with Mart Tweedy

In this episode, I’m sharing what honestly felt like a surreal January and why I know it wasn’t luck or coincidence. After fully embodying gratitude through my 31 Days of Gratitude practice, opportunities started appearing from nowhere. From unexpected gifts and invitations to moments that genuinely made me question reality, this episode isn’t about the things themselves, it’s about the internal shift that caused them. I talk about how gratitude moved me out of effort and into trust, and why that energetic change is where real magnetism begins.

I also share why gratitude alone isn’t enough if your relationship with yourself is fractured, and how that realisation led me to create Magnetic Self-Love, starting this Sunday. I explain what self-love actually looks like beneath the surface and why healing your inner relationship changes everything you attract on the outside. In this episode I’m talking about the very real, very human truth that you’re allowed to change your mind. I share how shifting your goals, timelines, identity or even the things you once wanted to manifest isn’t failure, it’s feedback. We look at how to recognise when something no longer fits, why clinging to old dreams can feel so heavy, and how to see your evolution as a sign of growth rather than proof you “got it wrong”.

I also dive into the nervous system side of change, the pressure to be “consistent”, and the fear of what other people will think when you pivot. By the end of the episode, my intention is that you feel permission to review what you’re currently working towards, admit what’s truly aligned for the version of you that exists now, and gently let go of any old visions that you’ve simply outgrown.
