JIMMY CONSTABLE spiralled when the band split, using drink and drugs to try and cover his emotions. He opens up about his recovery journey. 
Former resident of Ark House SAM speaks honestly about his battle with Cannabis and Ketamine. He is celebrating being over 5 years clean and sober and gives his story of faith, hope and courage in the hope it can help people listening. 
We are also joined by the founder of Sober Butterfly, HANNAH TAYLOR who has dedicated so much time and energy into helping people in sobriety find new activities and friends. This week former professional goalkeeper CHRIS KIRKLAND who famously played for Liverpool, Wigan and Sheffield Wednesday. Secretly he was hiding a severe painkiller addiction that almost cost him everything. Chris now does a lot of work to carry the message of recovery and joins us to share his story.
Former resident of Ark House ALEX joins us to talk about his cocaine addiction. Alex has not long left Ark House Rehab and speaks to us about what the rehabilitation process has taught him.
We are also joined by the founder of The Recovery Games, NEIL FIRBANK. The games started over ten years ago to give those in recovery a chance to see what life can look like free from substances. This event has become a huge hit with over 40 teams taking part in an It's A Knockout style competition every year. Neil tells us how recovering from a heroin addiction, 24 years ago, spurred him on to help others on their journeys.

This week's recovery hack comes from another former resident ANGELA JOHNSON who founded Addictions North East after her own struggles. This registered charity provides supported housing to those who feel unable to live alone due to addiction or behavioural issues such as mental health conditions, Learning difficulties or homelessness. She speaks to us about the work they do reuniting women with their children.

To kick off our new season is the iconic TV presenter ULRIKA JONSSON who secretly battled with alcoholism and wants to raise awareness of a struggle that so many face. She joins us on the week of her 2nd sobriety birthday - a huge congratulations to her. 
Former resident JESS joins us to talk openly about her battle with a ketamine addiction. She is passionate about getting the word out there of the dangers people face when they start their journey with this drug. Jess was taking 20 grams a day at one point and had to have life saving operations. Her story is inspirational and incredible and we are proud of her.
This week's recovery hack comes from regular guest MICHAEL WATERS who is a Group Worker at Forward Leeds. He is here to talk about recognising our ego states which are our organised, consistent patterns of thinking, feeling, and behaving that make up our personality at any given time.
