    In this episode of NICE Talks, we learn the impact of the joint asthma guideline published in November 2024. Developed collaboratively by the British Thoracic Society, NICE and the Scottish Intercollegiate Guidelines Network, the guideline has transformed how asthma is diagnosed and treated across the UK.

    We hear from frontline clinicians putting the guidance into practice and from those who helped develop it – including a patient who has lived with asthma for 65 years.
