Episode #83 Uncovering the TRUTH about NAD supplements!  NAD VS. NMN VS. NR!   You cannot afford to miss this episode!!  

One of the most misunderstood and exploited products on the market today is NAD!  There is  large misunderstanding on how to truly increase your NAD levels and many people being misled by taking straight NAD, thinking that is the answer.  In reality, straight NAD CANNOT penetrate into the cell and does not have the ability to increase your NAD levels.  I break down the need to take NAD precursors to penetrate the cell and provide REAL increases in NAD levels.  NMN and NR are the main precursors to NAD and I provide a comparison of the two and explain why NMN is the more efficient and beneficial.  I then discuss my favorite NMN product made by WONDERFEEL called YOUNGR NMN.  This product not only has the proper amount needed of NMN per serving (900 MG) but added ingredients to combat CD38, which robs us of NAD as we age and as we supplement.  You cannot afford to miss this episode!!
