Turning £20k into 12,000 Sq Ft Developments (Joe Robertson's Story)
Joe bought his first property at 21 - a brand-new, city-centre apartment for £110,000. It's not the type of project most of us would get excited about, but he obviously saw something in it, as a few years later he sold it and had turned his £20,000 deposit into a £90k profit.That was in 2011, and after years of honing his craft he’s just bought a 12,000 square foot commercial building at auction, with no prior experience in commercial, and no clear plan for what he’d do with it.
