Sometimes it can be hard to deal with the tension of both seeking justice and walking in forgiveness. David’s heart was in the same place as he prayed to God to intervene on his behalf. David’s example was to take those raw emotions to God and praise Him even in that place of longing for justice. May we lean into that same place, trusting God to deal with the evil in this world.
