Rick Doblin | Hope, Healing, and the Next Chapter of Psychedelic Science

    26/1/2026 | 1h 17 mins.
What happens when science, healing, and culture finally meet in the same room, and something genuinely new becomes possible?

I recently returned from the MAPS Psychedelic Science Conference in Denver, and I can honestly say it felt like a turning point. What gathered there wasn’t just a community of researchers or clinicians, but a broad and unlikely coalition, scientists, veterans, therapists, policymakers, spiritual leaders, and people from across the political spectrum, coming together around a shared commitment to healing. In a time marked by division and uncertainty, the atmosphere was unmistakably hopeful.

In my conversation with Dr. Rick Doblin, founder and president of MAPS, we explore why this moment feels different from past psychedelic waves. We talk about the groundbreaking Phase 3 research on MDMA-assisted therapy for PTSD, the remarkable engagement and outcomes from clinical trials, and the parallel paths of medicalization and decriminalization that are shaping the future of this work. More than anything, this episode is about what becomes possible when we move beyond stigma and fear and begin to integrate these medicines with care, rigor, and compassion.

We Also Discuss: ● The psychedelic movement becoming truly bipartisan
    ● MDMA-assisted therapy showing unprecedented PTSD outcomes
    ● Why engagement in treatment matters as much as efficacy
    ● Psychedelics inviting healing at the root, not just symptom relief
    ● The safe containers that allow truth-telling and integration

Sammy Taggett | Turning Your Journey Into a Bridge to Connect with Your Audience

    19/1/2026 | 56 mins.
What if the story you’ve been living is actually the bridge to the people you’re meant to serve?

In today’s conversation with Sammy Taggett, “Shoebox Moses”, I explore how our most human moments, sometimes our most painful, become the very narratives that build trust, deepen connection, and move our businesses forward with real integrity.

Sammy’s journey is extraordinary, and the way he’s learned to weave meaning from it is a masterclass in authentic storytelling. We dig into why stories create emotional resonance, how they shape loyalty, and why telling the truth about where we come from can transform our marketing into something deeply relational rather than transactional.

If you’ve ever wondered how to speak to your audience in a way that actually lands, how to connect heart-to-heart while supporting real action, this episode is going to light up your thinking and, I hope, your spirit.

We Also Discuss: ● The heartbeat of effective marketing.
    ● Building trust through authentic stories.
    ● A powerful origin story humanizes your brand
    ● Guiding people from pain to possibility.
    ● Strengthening customer loyalty.
    ● How your lived experience can be your most valuable asset.

Christopher Lee Maher | When Stress Becomes Trauma Without You Noticing

    12/1/2026 | 55 mins.
What if the tension you’re carrying isn’t the result of one big traumatic moment, but the quiet accumulation of stress your body has been holding for years?

In this episode, I sit down with Christopher Lee Maher, former Navy SEAL and creator of True Body Intelligence, to explore his powerful concept of Strauma, the slow, often invisible buildup of chronic stress that can quietly turn into pain, anxiety, and emotional exhaustion. We talk about how fear and anxiety don’t just live in the mind, but are deeply rooted in the body, shaping how our nervous system responds long after the stress has passed.

Christopher shares his own journey of healing chronic pain and anxiety and invites us into a radically embodied way of understanding well-being, one that honors the body’s innate intelligence and its capacity to self-regulate. This conversation is an invitation to listen more deeply to what your body has been trying to tell you and to discover practical pathways back to balance, resilience, and homeostasis.

We Also Discuss: ● How chronic stress can wound the body as deeply as acute trauma
    ● Strauma building quietly until the body demands attention
    ● Fear and anxiety living in the nervous system, not just the mind
    ● The body remembering what the mind tries to outrun
    ● Homeostasis as a return to inner intelligence, not perfection

Dr. Rola Hallam | The Healing Power of Divine Remembrance

    05/1/2026 | 35 mins.
What if healing wasn’t something we chased, but something we remembered?

In this beautiful and deeply moving conversation with Dr. Rola Halam, we explore the ancient Sufi practice of Zikr, the remembrance of God through the chanting of the Divine’s 99 names. This sacred practice isn’t just about repetition or ritual. It’s a living, breathing pathway into the heart, a vibration that awakens every cell of the body to divine remembrance and unity.

Dr. Halam shares how each name of God carries its own resonance, mercy, power, compassion, majesty, and how chanting these names opens a portal of healing that reaches through layers of emotion, memory, and energy. In the practice of Zikr, sound becomes medicine. Tears may flow, old wounds may surface, and the heart begins to soften and expand.

This episode invites us to remember that the divine is not somewhere “out there,” but within. Through the vibration of sacred sound and the safety of shared community, we return to the truth that we have never been separate from God, only asleep to that oneness. Zikr becomes the sound of awakening, a return home to the love that has always been within us.

    We Also Discuss:
    ● How sacred sound connects us to a higher being.
    ● Where true healing begins.
    ● The process of entering the Sufi tradition.
    ● How our hearts contain God (when the earth cannot).
    ● What’s lacking in the Western psychology model of healing trauma.

Dr. Richard Schwartz | The Parts Within - Understanding Anxiety Through IFS

    29/12/2025 | 41 mins.
What if your anxiety isn’t something to fix, but something to listen to?

In this conversation with Dr. Richard Schwartz, the founder of Internal Family Systems (IFS), we explore a powerful and relieving idea: the mind is made up of many parts, not just one. Even the parts of us that feel anxious, controlling, or overwhelmed are not broken or bad, they are protectors shaped by past experiences, doing their best to keep us safe.

Dr. Schwartz explains how anxiety often arises when vulnerable “exiled” parts carrying old wounds, fear, or shame are pushed away. To prevent that pain from surfacing, protective parts step in through panic, perfectionism, control, or distraction. Through the IFS lens, these patterns aren’t character flaws, they are intelligent survival strategies born from pain.

Together, we explore how healing doesn’t come from fighting or fixing these parts, but from meeting them with curiosity, compassion, and Self-leadership. The Self is the calm, grounded, compassionate core within all of us, untouched by trauma. When we lead from this place, anxious parts can finally soften, release their burdens, and guide us back to a deeper sense of wholeness.

    ● How all parts hold wisdom and purpose
    ● The natural states of the mind and how parts form
    ● The qualities of the Self and why it is central to healing
    ● How unburdening anxious parts creates neurological change
    ● How wholeness emerges when all parts are welcomed
