Tonight’s guest, Harvey Floyd, was featured on Episode 639 and on that episode, he told us about the horrific encounter he and his now deceased friend, Chris, had with an apoplectic Dogman. The encounter traumatized Chris so severely, he isn’t among us now. On Episode 639, I didn’t have time to ask Harvey the list of questions I had for him, so he’s agreed to come back on the show to do this Q & A.

Tonight’s guest, Harvey Floyd, hasn’t shared his Dogman encounter with anyone in the 25 years since it happened. That should come as no surprise because he still has trouble talking about it. One of the things that makes it so difficult for him to talk about what happened is, his good friend Chris is no longer among us, due to that encounter. Tonight’s guest, Sammy Richardson, has been spending time in the woods for about as long as he can remember. He describes himself as being a true woodsman. On the night of May 14th, 2024, Sammy decided he’d try his hand at night fishing for catfish just 500 yards from his home, in Lewis County, West Virginia. He had been fishing at that spot before, without incident, many times. That night would be different, however. That night, something happened that will forever change the way he looks at the woods. Tonight’s guest, Nathan, got an early start when it comes to cryptid encounters. He had his first experience in 1972, when he was only two years old. That was when he saw a group of Dogmen that he describes as clearly being supernatural in origin. Fast forward to present day and he has had multiple cryptid-related experiences. Those experiences might be connected to a disturbing experience Nathan had when he was 7 years old. It’s not a given that’s the case, but there’s a strong possibility what happened that night is what has been behind him having all of the experiences he’s had with cryptids.
