The Last Episode.. For Now
22/1/2025 | 20 mins.
After a lot of thought I’ve decided to pause the podcast and live Alcoholiday groups (just cannot bring myself to say end them, because, who knows?) It’s been a great run of 200+ podcasts and 42ish Alcoholidays (wow!!) I just celebrated my 5 years of alcohol freedom and I’m ready to focus in a different direction. What that is- I don’t know yet, but I do know I need to be part of something bigger than me and have meaningful in real life connection and community.  In this last podcast I reflect on my last 5 years of sobriety and ATP and go into more of an explanation of making this decision. Thank you so much for listening and being part of the ATP community. I just can't express my thanks enough. I would not have kept doing this if it weren't for you all. Please remember- you are not broken and you can change.  Much love and gratitude, Deb Ready to change your drinking habit? Visit Alcohol Tipping Point website at http://www.alcoholtippingpoint.com/ for lots of FREE resources including:        100 Questions to Change Your Drinking:  https://www.alcoholtippingpoint.com/100questions       Dry Guide:  https://www.alcoholtippingpoint.com/dryguide       10 Day Break:  https://www.alcoholtippingpoint.com/10dayholiday       Mocktail Recipe Book: https://www.alcoholtippingpoint.com/mocktailrecipes          Find Alcohol Tipping Point at:       Website: http://www.alcoholtippingpoint.com/       Instagram: http://www.instagram.com/alcoholtippingpoint       Facebook: http://www.facebook.com/AlcoholTippingPoint       **Please leave a review and subscribe so you can help support the show**       ***Another way to support the show- buy me a coffee!
