In today’s solo episode, I’m sharing the story of why I stopped drinking alcohol and what has changed in the years since.
This year marks seven years alcohol-free for me, and what started as a short break quickly turned into one of the most important decisions I’ve made for my health and my life.
This is an honest and supportive conversation where I’ll talk about my relationship with alcohol before I stopped, the moment that made me take a break, and what the early stages of quitting were really like.
I’ll also share how my life, mental health and relationships have changed since, and why taking a temporary break from drinking can sometimes lead to much bigger shifts than you expect.
If you’ve ever wondered what life might look like without alcohol, or you’re thinking about cutting down or taking a break, this episode is here to encourage you that change is possible and you don’t have to do it perfectly.
