It took me 6.5 years to reach £100k invested. But here's what often isn't talked about:
Most of that wasn't compounding.
It was my own contributions.
Early on, how much you invest matters far more than what returns you get.
If investing feels slow at the start - that's normal. Don't feel disheartened. Stick with it and be consistent.
